ESLTech led the various teams in a 9 month project to introduce Salesforce to a UK based events business that were previously using a series of other systems.
We worked with the business and outside contractors to specify, build and deliver the system successfully.
A large part of our work was building trust and knowledge with the staff ensuring that this wasn’t just considered as a technological implementation, but that we minimised the stress and increased the potential of the staff that were affected.
The events continued to run without interruption as the migration took place and the system has now successfully an entire calendar cycle for the business, improving data accuracy, management insight, business reporting and client satisfaction.
